The Front Desk team is the first impression our customers receive with Cavossa Disposal.
As a Front Desk team member, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive experience for all our customers by answering calls and responding to emails, greeting visitors and providing a broad range of support services.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a broad range of support services to our customers, including but not limited to:
Customer service:
Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate person.
Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person.
General office support:
Maintain orderly filing system, answer emails, etc.
Process sales orders for yard sales Data entry:
Perform basic data entry tasks such as entering customer information into software system, dispatch, etc.
Perform other clerical duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
