Human Resources Coordinator- Part Time

East Falmouth, MA East Falmouth, MA Part-time Part-time PURPOSE:
The essential role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to maintain records, prepare a variety of documents and carry out administrative functions to support the human resources procedure and policies.
Assist with sourcing candidates, setting up interviews and assisting employees with questions.
This position is part time 9am-2pm daily.
GENERAL
Responsibilities:
Assists with recruiting, initial screening, and refers qualified candidates to the hiring manager for approved job openings.
Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
Receive, code, and send vendor invoices to accounting department.
Assist the HR team with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Asst with the coordination of various Company functions, i.
e.
holiday and summer party, monthly birthday celebration, etc.
Asst with the coordination of the annual employee t-shirt design contest and manage all associated logistics.
Provides backup to HR team in their absence.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientations.
Complete various types of project assignments as required.
All other job duties as assigned.

Experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education required.

Creating and editing documents typically utilizing MSOffice; word documents, spreadsheets and create a slide presentation (PowerPoint).
